3/4 teaspoon medium grind black pepper 3/4 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoons olive oil 4 bone-in pork loin chops, cut 1-inch thick |
1. Combine fennel seed, garlic powder, rosemary, onion powder, pepper and salt in a food processor or blender.
2. Process until fine. Stir in oil. Spread the mixture on both sides of pork chops.
3. Broil or grill 4 to 6 inches from heat for 14 to 16 minutes or until done. Turn meat once during cooking. Serve immediately.
